About the Department

Introduction:
Department of Pediatrics is an integral part of Clinical Sciences Branch of Faculty of Medicine in Rabigh and works under its Deanship. It is committed to impart the best possible undergraduate training to the students aiming to provide them with necessary knowledge, attitude, skills and experience for the diagnosis and treatment of common acute and chronic diseases in children. It is also committed to do community oriented research of public health importance. The Department consists of a group of highly qualified and vastly experienced dedicated full-time faculty to accomplish above mentioned tasks and to shoulder the responsibility of providing the healthcare sector in the Kingdom with highly qualified physicians with safe practice for the medical profession.
