Our Objectives/Goals:
1. Teaching and learning:
Preparing and delivering a course which enables enhancing the competency of educational outcomes with regular reviewing and upgrading of course delivery process.
2. Scientific research:
All faculty members, seniors and juniors both, to conduct high quality applied scientific research, engaging students whenever possible.
3. Community responsibility:
Create opportunities for participation of faculty members and students in the community related works and to include community aspect in pediatric curriculum.
4. Academic and administrative development:
Enhance clinical training; improve assessment methodologies and buildup of Question Bank
5. Training of Demonstrators:
Active involvement of demonstrators in teaching, scientific research and community services and supervision of their training
6. Coordination:
Coordination with other departments in smooth delivery of integrated case based curriculum of the College.
